Ingredients
Juice from 6 fresh oranges
coconut meat from 2 young coconuts or 1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 frozen banana
3 pitted and soaked medjool dates
Directions
Soak your dates first until they are nice and soft.
Throw everything in the blender and blend it up!
