Hello! Thank you for visiting.
I am a homeopath, mother, lover of nature and avid art and craft maker. I graduated from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine (formerly The Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine) in 2001. While my formal training is in homeopathic medicine, I also have a keen interest in and have been soaking up as much as I can about many other other forms of natural medicine over the past many years. Homeopathy is a true love of mine and has enhanced my life and the lives of my family and my clients in a multitude of ways. I continue to be amazed each day by the tremendous affects this powerful, yet still mysterious, form of medicine can bring about in a body, on all levels- mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Homeopathy is a deeply curative medicine. It has the power to bring about huge shifts in health while remaining incredibly gentle. And perhaps my favorite part about classical homeopathy is that it provides us with a method for gaining a much deeper understanding of the body's unique language and thus, ourselves.
A Little About My Journey...
I fell in love with homeopathy after reading the book, Discovering Homeopathy: Your Introduction to the Science and Art of Homeopathic Medicine by Dana Ullman while studying visual art at the University of Victoria. After further investigation, I decided to formally study homeopathic medicine and graduated from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine in 2001.
Since leaving school, I have practiced homeopathy in a variety of manners. For several years I practiced at the Advantage Chiropractic Health Centre in Hamilton, Ontario. After that time and upon relocating to Toronto, Ontario, I provided care primarily by homeopathic house calls and worked supporting women in pregnancy and labour as both a homeopath and as a trained doula. I have also provided care through phone and e-mail consultations for clients across the globe. Additionally, I have worked as an administrative assistant with a homeopathic company, as a youth coach and as a natural products adviser and teacher at several health food stores.

I moved with my family to the country and took a bit of a break from regular homeopathic practice for the first few years of my children's lives. I wanted to focus my attention towards raising my children and making more room for creativity in my life. During that time, I started a little arts and crafts business, Teetoo, which remains a hobby of mine.
Presently, I have a small homeopathic practice and I am also the Administrative Director and Registrar at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine.
